Meats and Entrees
1 1/2lbs
Ground Beef
1 lb Calf Liver (ground)
2 Cans Cream of Chicken
or Mushroom Soup
2 Cans French Onion Soup
2 Cans Cream of Celery Soup
2 Cups Chopped Bell Pepper
2 Cups Chopped Green Onions
2 Cups Chopped Yellow Onions
3 or 4 Cups Cooked Rice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Brown ground beef and liver then drain. Add Onions and Bell Peppers and cook until onions are almost clear. Add green onions and saute for another minute. Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well then pour into a large Casserole or Dutch Oven and bake in a 300 degree oven for about 45 minutes depending on your oven. Do not overbake. The Dressing should be moist.
