Slow Cooker Beans
This is a great - set it and forget it - Recipe for the Slow Cooker.
2 cups of your favorite Dry Beans (Lima, Black Eye Peas, Great Northern etc…)
4 Cups water
1/2 pound of bacon (sliced about 3 inches long)
1 Large Chopped Onion
Season to taste
Add all ingredients to Slow Cooker and set on Medium High. At the end of the day you will have some great beans to go with any Meal — or to eat alone with steaming Hot Rice. Enjoy!
