Yams with Marshmallows
To make this recipe you don’t need to peal and bake Yams in the oven which can seem to take forever. You just need a few ingredients and you’ll save a lot of time. First you will need the following:
1 Large Can of Yams or Sweet Potatoes(Good Brand)
1 1/2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
1/2 Cup Sugar
Open Yams and pour juice in a pot and add sugar. Simmer on medium heat for about 5 to 10 minutes stirring constantly until juice thickens slightly. It should coat the spoon. Add Yams and cook for another 10 minutes or so until heated through. Remove from heat and pour into a serving Bowl and add 1 cup of the Marshmallows. Fold gently a few times then add remaining Marshmallows on top and serve warm.
