2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Flour
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Small
Marshmellows
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Butter
3 Heaping Tbsp Cocoa
1 Cup Coke
1/2 Cup Buttermilk*
Combine the first 5 ingredients and set aside. In a sauce pan add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and combine all ingredients together. Mix well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch Pan and bake at 350 degrees until done.
While Cake is still cooking make icing...
6 Tbsp Coke
1 Stick Oleo
3 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Box Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Marshmellows
1/2 Cup Pecans
Heat the first 3 ingredients in a sauce pan just until it boils. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over cake while cake is still hot.
*1/2 Cup Milk with 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Vinegar can be substituted instead of Buttermilk.
