1 Cup Pecans
1 Pound Box Brown Sugar
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine (half stick)
1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon


Combine sugar, cream and butter.  Cook to soft ball stage.  Remove from heat, stir in pecans and cinnamon.  Cool 5 minutes then stir until thick and opaque.  Drop by spoonfull on waxed paper.  Yields 2 dozen.
